STEM Recruitment provides an interface for a wide variety of areas at OVGU and works closely with Human Resources against the background of personnel recruitment and development. The overarching goal is to promote and establish equal opportunities between women and men in science and research. In close cooperation with existing structural units and faculties, OVGU strives to increase the proportion of women at all levels of the STEM field.
