Printing costs
To support the faculties, central institutions and administration, costs for printing dissertations or publications can be covered.
Who is eligible to apply?
- scientists
- groups of common workspaces (chair, faculty, research group, etc.)
What is specifically funded?
- subsidies for printing costs for dissertations with magna or summa cum laude or publications with gender or diversity references (retroactive applications for dissertations / publications from March 2020 at the earliest)
- correction of translations
- correction of revisions
How can funding be applied for?
- completed Application form
- offer / estimate of total costs / partial invoice etc. from the publisher, translation service
Settlements:
Financing is not done in advance, but after all documents have been submitted and the total costs have been paid.
Required documents:
- invoicing of the scientist for the requested amount
- invoicing of the total costs of the publisher, translation services
- proof of payment of the total costs (e.g. via a bank statement)
