Diversity Dimensions

The OVGU's DIVERSITY CHALLENGE is based on the DIVERSITY CHALLENGE  of the Association Charta der Vielfalt e. V. (Diversity Charter) - an initiative by employers to promote diversity in companies and institutions

We want to transfer the goals of the initiative such as recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the working world in Germany to the study conditions at OVGU. The OVGU wants to be a place of work and study that is free from prejudice. All members of the university should be valued - regardless of

  • sex and gender identity
  • nationality and ethnic origin
  • religion and belief
  • disability
  • age
  • sexual orientation
