Gender Consulting

Gender Consulting is an advisory and support service at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, aimed at faculties, research consortia, and individual researchers who require assistance with organizing equality measures as well as integrating gender and equality aspects into research projects.

Gender Consulting provides support and information for:

• The design of gender equality plans
• The development and implementation of gender equality and equal opportunity measures
• The integration of gender and equality aspects into research projects and proposals
• Questions and requirements related to equality from German and European funding bodies (especially DFG and Horizon Europe)
