1. In which areas am I active at the OVGU?
"I work in the Office for Gender Equality and as a project employee I am the contact person for the decentralised areas. I will support the faculties in developing a strategy for implementing gender mainstreaming".
2. What do I want to achieve with equality work?
"With gender equality work, I want to ensure that it goes without saying that all processes are adapted to gender needs and continuously scrutinised."
3. What would I give to new colleagues in the field of equal opportunities?
"I have decided to work in the field of gender equality because I can make very good use of my previous experience as a personnel officer and, last but not least, I would like to play my part in ensuring that women and men question previous role attributions and that there is cooperation at eye level".
4. Where can you find me in my leisure?
"In my leisure I can be found in my garden or walking with my cat Kira.
