Cabaret Prolästerrat
The cabaret of the Otto von Guericke University, the Prolästerrat für Studienunangelegenheite e.V., presents:
"Magdeburg. Eine Stadt für alle - Ein Auftrag für 2"
Magdeburg - endless expanses, we are in a near future. The year is 2021 AD and 02 with Corona.
At the height of their power, stupidity and ignorance invade Saxony-Anhalt and subjugate the inhabitants of the land. All of Magdeburg is occupied. All of Magdeburg? Don't! A small cabaret still successfully resists the dull invaders. These are the adventures of the cabaret "Prolästerrat".
Commissioned by the Office for Equality, the cabaret artists enter the lowlands of discrimination and violence, touch on the Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG) and personnel selection under equality aspects as well as gender language. With a lot of irony and satirical means, they tackle the issues of child care and family friendliness and also face up to uncomfortable everyday topics.
In doing so, the "Prolästerrat" penetrates areas that no one has ever seen before. Embark on this journey now together with the agents Anika J. and Marko P.. Have fun and watch the film.
With this film, the last two cabaret artists of the cabaret "Prolästerrat" want to take the opportunity to point out the misery that there is hardly any interest in this kind of artistic expression in recent years. In the year of the cabaret's 49th birthday (founded on 7 March 1972), they want to draw attention to themselves with this film and at the same time appeal: "Have the courage to come and see us.
